  I am trying to open the blog, without login and it is not working. Is there a temporary problem?

  Hi there, Just to add that if you ever need to check whether WordPressdotcom is down, you can find info on this page at http://status.automattic.com/9931/135469/WordPress.com or on this website http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/wordpress.com

  In the ten years and more that I’ve been a user here, WordPressdotcom has been down less than a single handful of times, that I can recall.

  If you can’t reach your site, there could be a temporary local ISP issue, which the support guide that @pavanraheja pointed you to can help, or a block by a country who doesn’t feel that free speech is a given universal right, which you can try to get around by following this guide https://en.support.wordpress.com/bypassing-internet-restrictions/
