Is wordpress for me? No help in days

I signed up for wordpress a few days ago and upgraded a new domain for $99. When I went to my blogs to start designing and importing content from my current blog at typepad it showed that I had 3 seperate blogs. I searched through support and posted on the forum with the conclusion that the staff would need to fix it. I sent them a message 2 days in a row with no response yet. I was excited about joining wordpress & their themes but the excitement wears off as days go by and I can’t continue with my new blog.
I don’t know what else to do other than post here since its the only place I’ve gotten any response from. I am worried to pursue the issue if wordpress support isn’t fast & reliable. Advice? Opinions?

I’m flagging this thread so Staff attention.Note: When we create a support ticket by contacting Staff it’s important to understand they have a backlog. They deal with the support tickets with the earliest dates first. So if we contact them more than once on the same issue the date moves forward and it takes longer to get help.

They also advise to check your spam folder as well since their email reply sometimes gets caught by the email clients spam filter re-echoing what TT, said they are on back log so their reply might be a little while but rest assure they have your ticket and will reply when your ticket number becomes the next in queue for reply in the ticket line up
