Is WordPress For Real? Is there really customer service if you upgrade?

Is it really true that you’ll provide REAL customer service if I upgrade? I’ve asked this at least once before and did not get an answer. Been a member for years. Never had EVEN ONE answer to my questions posted here. Is there something magical I’m supposed to do that you’re not telling me? Why would I pay if you won’t even answer this kind of question? I’d really like to know if there are real humans behind this site. A thought would be that if there ever were answers may have come after I looked back every day for a week or so, and that the email button down below is new. Is WordPress the biggest scam out there?

I see exactly one other forum post under this username which was posted a year ago. It sometimes happens that people answering forum posts overlook an issue because this forum literally gets hundreds of new posts every day. If you don’t get an answer in a day or two, then please feel free to bump your post.
I can point you to this Support doc which explains the various Support options available here on WPcom https://en.support.wordpress.com/help-support-options/ The Live Chat support is being used more frequently for everyone. When you are in your Dashboard (New or Classic), you may see a box heading appear in the lower right corner of your screen that says something like: How can we help? If you click on it to open, you’ll be talking directly to a support person.
