is wordpress org a blog host?

  if i open a blog on wordpress org, and i want it to be self hosted, is wordpress org the blog’s host, or do i still have to find a host for my blog in order for it to be self hosted?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No, you need to find a host. WordPress.org have some hosts they recommend, but there are many others too.
