Is WordPress right for my needs

    I am setting up a tutoring business and want to incorporate a way to set up a webpage that allows video chatting and some ways to upload documents that we can both see and edit at the same time. There is a website called group world and they offer this function, but I was informed that there may be a alternative version could have a booking system at the login ability as well. Three words press. I have very limited experience with HTML, which is why I was recommended to use WordPress

    Let’s dig into this a bit. First off, let me clarify what you are looking to do…

    Do the video chat and collaborative editing need to be integrated into the site? For example, using a plugin that accesses zoom as the video chat or embeds google docs for the editing (just as an example) would not be what you are looking for? Can you talk a bit more about what sort of tutoring you would do and what the process would look like as far as website needs from the student point of view?

    Are you familiar with a Learning Management System (LMS)? They are systems that people use to teach courses or lessons and keep track of student assignments/progress. There are a number of LMS options for WordPress, but we love Sensei around here: https://senseilms.com/
