is wordpress the best option for me

    I’m setting up a not for profit, village community cinema in the local village hall. Initially, showing one film per month but hoping to add kids clubs etc in the future. Would like a website that works well on mobile etc and can accept bookings/payment. Any reason why I should choose wordpress over say, joomla or similar? Any great ideas on which booking/ticket or pay system I might use.
