Is WP-Stats down?

  My stats haven’t moved all day. I am showing hits with JQStats but nothing in my WP-Stats!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  WordPress.com Stats is definitely not down. We haven’t been having any problems or had any other reports of problems with WordPress.com stats today. It should only take a few minutes few the stats to upgrade. You might want to try clearing your browser cache to see if that helps.

  Thanks for replying so quickly.
  Clearing the cache didn’t change anything.

  I have no idea where to take this problem from here…
  any other ideas?

  WordPress stats plugin just released a new version. Is that what you’re talking about? Upgrade, if so.

  It’s still not acting right even after deleting and reinstalling.
  I’m using Twenty Ten and WordPress.com stats has been acting funny since 8/10
  It’s not showing all the traffic, it’s now hiding referrals and search engine terms.
  Support is on hiatus until 8/16.

  When I reinstalled, it didn’t ask for my API key.
  Should I delete it again and wait a day or so before reinstalling?

  No, just use a different stats package for now and contact staff on the 16th.

  Hello,
  I have exactly the same problem. Do not know what to do. My stats do not work seems a week, i have tried several ways but still ….no results.

  I have to agree – stats are way down – it’s 13.12 and I’m still in double figures; that’s abysmal even for a Sunday. Whatever the reason, though, Sitemeter agrees.

  Where can i contact staff concerning this stats problem ? If i click on support, i just have questions/answers, from forum i guess, but that does not solve the stats problem as nothing seems to work, or maybe the staff knows already about this stats problem and is going to fix it ?
  Thank you.
  One more thing, i would like to thank all the wordpress.com staff as this wordpress.com is really a nice tool, and it is very rare when something is not working, well so far for me.

  Support is open.
  But – please include details. Look at your incoming stats, tags, links. Follow those. Traffic does dip at times for what appear to be no reasons. As far as I am aware right now stats are not broken – we would have dozens of people saying so – but there is always the chance it is broken is specific areas. Please do send all the details though – it will help.

  It’s fixed. I had some code in a footer widget that must have rearranged something.
  I changed themes and the stats came back
