The support documentation is all found at the Support link http://en.support.wordpress.com which is also on the bottom of your Admin page.

P.S. If you use the Zemanta browser add-on for Firefox https://addons.mozilla.org/En-us/firefox/addon/zemanta/ instead of the in dashboard version, you can generate links to your own related posts found in your blog and not just other related posts in other blogs.
