You’ll have to take it up with staff via the warning they left on your dashboard. By the way, it’s not a good idea to link to the same external sites in every single post. Staff do ban blogs that do that.

We Volunteers answering support questions have no role to play in this process. as raicoater has pointed out this is between you and Staff. You have a warning notice on with a link in it — please click that link. That link works at all times (even when the regular contact form is closed).
If you have already contacted Staff by using the “click here to contact us” link in the notice, the ToS department definitely received your request. Please be patient as they’ll be getting back to you as soon as they can.
