Isolate photos from gallery

  I have tried and tried but I can’t seem to isolate photos from a gallery. See, I am trying to post the cover of a magazine as a one large dominant photo and then include a gallery of the articles I’ve published in the magazine. But, it won’t let me. How do I do this for my portfolio?

  This should be easy. Just go to your Media LIbrary, find the image, and click Insert into Post.

  I did that but the photos repeat regardless. How do I stop that?
