  I can’t open my website since 3 days ago . When I type my website address: EliminationTherapy.com it says Host Error. Does this mean that the issue is related to WordPress? Or is it because of Cloudflare?

  Also, Your site is using WordPress.org platform.

  This forum is not the right place to get help related to Org sites. The main role of this forum is the help the users with the issues related to the .com sites.

  You can also post your question in WordPress.org forum. Here is the link for same:

  A 522 error would rather indicate a problem on the server’s end, so your hosting provider might be more able to help than the WordPress.org forums in this case.

  Thank you very much for responding to my issue.

  I’ve tried to reach my website many times since july 3rd. https://eliminationtherapy.com 1st time I can see just my homepage and as I try to open other page from the menu it shows 522 Connection Time Out. After that no matter how many times I try it shows 522 —.

  I’ve tried to log in to wordpress.org but my username, password nor my email address is denied. It seems like that there’s no way for me to log in to wordpress.org…. I am overwhelmed with vast information that are in wp.org. It’s beyond my capacity to deal with wp.org and cloudflar by myself alone. I am computer illiterate.

  Is it possible for me to switch service from wordpress.org to wordpress.com and retrieve my website and get help from real people like you guys? I am stuck and willing to compensate for your service if I can get help.

  Have you ever registered an account on WordPress.org? If not, you won’t be able to log in there. Your WordPress.com account credentials won’t work there, nor will the login details for the admin account on your site itself, as those are three completely different accounts.

  So your site is hosted by CloudFlare? In that case, please contact them directly for help with this issue.

  You do not have any service with WordPress.org, as WordPress.org is not a service provider. WordPress.org is the website where the WordPress community collaborates on the open source WordPress software, and provide support for that software.

  You’re using that software on CloudFlare’s servers, so they’re the most likely people to be able to help you with this issue.

  It’s possible to migrate a site using the open source WordPress software to WordPress.com, but you’d need to be able to access the existing site first to do that – we cannot migrate the site for you, but we have a guide with the steps you need to follow to do that here:
