  My friends who do not have an account on wordpress.com are unable to like my psots and blogs!!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The “like” in function is for WordPress.com readers. In other words, your friend has to be logged into WordPress.com or as an alternative your friend can share your page on Twitter Facebook and Google.
