Issue Accessing Old Site Platform After Domain Transfer

  Hello! I am support a client who was looking to transfer their domain currently connected to their square space account from go daddy. The problem is, when they did the transfer they could no longer access the admin section for the old site. From my understanding they were using the older ‘wp-admin’ site editor on WordPress. Is there any way that they can get access to the old editor platform in order to get a backup or anything from the old site?
