Issue adding post – even when I have an account and can see the blog
-
Dear WordPress. We have started a blog for a school project. My colleague and I have invited our students to be “authors” so they can add posts and provide comments to one another. I have one student who seems to be having some issues writing a post. She received my invitation to join in as an “author”, which she did, but when she is in the blog to add a post, there is nowhere on her page that allows her to do so. I tried helping her, and we even had her computer out while trying to accomplish this. I resent the invite and watched as she accepted, but still nothing. I believe the first invite I sent her was for her to have the role of “follower”, but after catching this, realized it needed to be switched to “author” which led me to send her an additional invite. Could this be the cause of our trouble? I see that she is logged in into our group blog, just can’t really do much with it other than follow. Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there. Go to Users ->All Users in your dashboard. Check if your student appears on that list and what her assigned user role is. If your user role is not “Author”, you should be able to change it from that screen. http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#changing-user-roles
Let us know if you need more help.
