Issue after database upgrade.

  i can’t access my dashboard since upgrading WordPress. It keeps redirecting to a page that tells me my database has lLready been upgraded. How can I stop getting redirected and actually access my dashboard again?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  This forum is only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com
  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
