Issue after SSL and moving files

I messed on our direct admin server and forgot to merge the public_html and private_html things that caused the issues
1) i installed really simple SSL and it redirected to the private_html files on server
2) i copied all files from public_html to private_Html folder on server which made it work
Only thing now is below it looks like the codes not loading properly maybe java script?
Any idea what i need to to to get fixed as its causing a few style issues on the website all seems to be ok front end just a few bits on the wp admin
