Issue changing email and username on wordpress.com
-
Unable to use my chosen name. I tried to create a new wordpress account using my original name Ciana Reimond and I already had a blogsite called myhealingcolor that I created a few years ago. I didn’t realise that I already had a wordpress.com account for Ciana Reimond. Both sites got tangled up. I tried to delete myhealingcolor blogsite but couldn’t do that. So I created a new gmail address and put that one in for the Ciana Reimond wordpress account without realising what I was doing. I couldn’t change the email address back to (email visible only to moderators and staff) so I deleted the whole account, then did a restore with just the Ciana Reimond site. Now I can’t use the email address (email visible only to moderators and staff) for the Ciana Reimond. If I create a whole new wordpress account I can’t use my original name because it’s taken. But worse I can’t update the email in Settings or anywhere else.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

When you close your account, your email address remains in our system for 30 days. This means that you cannot use your newly-closed account’s email address to sign up for a new WordPress.com account. However, once the 30 days have passed and your account is purged, your email will be free to use with a new account.
