Issue deleting account

  I’m tried to delete my account but it says issue deleting and to talk to support

  Hi @sorcasoir, I’m not currently seeing anything that should get in the way of you deleting the account. Does the error say anything else? Also, if you’ve changed anything since contacting us, can you try deleting again?

  I tried deleting it again just now and go the same little notification in the top right hand corner, with red exclamation mark, saying “Sorry, there was a problem closing your account. Please contact support.”

  Hi there,

  You are unable to delete your account because you have an active Akismet subscription. If you would like me to cancel that subscription, I can do so, and that should allow you to close the account.
