Issue Formatting a Page on My Site

  I have mostly got my site looking the way I want it. However, the featured on my page dedicated to my blog won’t update no matter what I do or how many times I try it. I was able to change the featured image on my other pages without issue, just not this one. Why is this happening and how can I change it?
