Issue hosting my admin portal

    Hi there!
I have recently started using WordPress for my site as a headless CMS. I have been fetching content for my site using the GQL plugin, and using the data from my WordPress templates to populate pages I have built using Javascript. Today I changed the nameservers from the ones that hosted my WordPress site, to the ones that host my Javascript site. I am on GoDaddy and was originally using their nameservers, now I have changed the nameservers to use Netlify nameservers. Once I changed the nameserver, my WordPress admin portal became no longer accessible, and as a result I am also not able to access any of the content that was on there. I do have all of my WordPress files backed up and saved in a folder on my desktop, but I am not sure the best way to get back my admin portal with all of the content and templates I was using. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Any help is appreciated!

we can’t help as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. You must contact GoDaddy support to solve this problem.

Shouldn’t I be able to add a nameserver or CNAME record through WordPress to solve this problem? I am following this thread on connecting a wordpress site to an existing domain, but when I click Upgrades, Domains does not show up as an option.

Note the difference between the host WordPress.com (here) and the wordpress software which can be hosted anywhere.
