issue importing site config.

  hi
  I am looking at taking on a website that was written with wordpress as the cms. I have tried exporting the site / pages from the old site and importing them into a free wordpress account ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) to see how portable the site is.

  It now displays a message advising that the site will be imported within 24 hours, If not, please contact support

  This has now been on for 3 days. Any idea what went wrong and how I can reset / re-import the site.

  Possible version issue?
