Issue in installing 3rd party plugin in my store

Hi, I have developed a plugin for woocommerce which is working fine on all the woocommerce deployments. Now, one one website which is hosted on wordpress.com, my plugin is not showing up on the theme. It is activated in the admin dashboard but wordpress.com setup and options are very different from the regular wordpress.
