issue is with the Jetpack plugin
-
I have the Jetpack installed but is preventing some photos from loading..
The images itself are present on my account (they are not missing)
for example – http://cookthebeans.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/vegan-travel-Norway.jpg but when you open the post there is no photo..(https://cookthebeans.com/the-vegan-guide-to-norway/)
If I disable Jetpackall the images appears properly…
It seems for some reason Jetpack is not allowing the images to load from their servers.. is this a normal problem? is there a way to resolve it?
If I delete the Jetpack plugin is there another one that does the same?
Many thanks in AdvanceConsole

Do the images re-appear if you switch off just “Speed up image load times” or “Enable Lazy Loading for images” at Jetpack > Settings > Performance in your site’s Dashboard?

Ok, but Jetpack has a lot of moving parts. :)

Ok, first switch off “Enable Lazy Loading for images” there.
Is there any improvement?
If not, switch off “Speed up image load times” there.
Please let us know if switching off either made an improvement, and this will help us isolate the issue.

It works if I switch off the “Speed up image load times” but then it goes of format with the tiled galleries…

Please take a screen shot of what you’re seeing with
speed up image load timesdisabled.Add it here for us through a third party link like droplr or snaggy.
That will give us a better idea of what’s going on.
To clarify, there was no difference when you disabled
Enable Lazy Loading for Images? -
with speed up image load times disabled – https://snipboard.io/Ssi9Lb.jpg
there is no difference when I disabled Enable Lazy Loading for Images -
Thank you.
Let’s make sure that there aren’t any other plugins enabled that are running interference with Jetpack’s modules.
Disable all plugins on the site. Only turn Jetpack back on, then see if the images appear as expected.

I disable all plugins on the site and left only the Jetpack on but still facing the same problem. doesn’t seem that it is interference from another plugin..
-
Okay. At this point I’m going to ask that you please open a support ticket over at Jetpack. They might be able to see something that’s wrong that we can’t see on this end :)
When you do, please mention this thread so they can see what we’ve already tried.
