ISSUE OF HTTP error while uploading a video

    I am having a problem when uploading a video in my website
    The video will load to 99%and will show me an error massage showing HTTP error

    Hello there, it seems that your site is not hosted on WordPress.com but a self-hosted site using the open source WordPress software.
