Issue on mobile device view – Harmonic theme
-
I’m using Harmonic theme (which I love). Everything looks fine on PC or tablet but on mobile devices, my title section (which is my homepage btw) does NOT appear at all :(
The 1st picture does not show on mobiles. Others do.
(http://ahappysphere.wordpress.com)Any help on that?
Thanks in advanceThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there, it would be helpful if you could let us know:
– what specific device you’re using (i.e. Nexus 7, iPhone 5s)
– what operating system (i.e. Android 4.4.4 Kitkat, iOS 8.1) – visit http://whatismyandroidversion.com/ if you’re not sure
– what browser you’re using (i.e. Chrome, Safari)Once you let us know we’ll be able to troubleshoot your issue further. Thanks!

Thanks for this. I’m going to do some further testing so we can figure out why this is happening. I’ll keep you posted here.

Thank you
BTW, it happens also on Windows phone and even on the WP Edit-Tool on PC that shows how it will looks like. -
I’ve done some testing and this is what I see happening:
When you opt to hide the tagline in the Title section of the front page in Harmonic, and you also choose not to upload a Site Logo – as you’ve done – small devices display the top-most part of your background image for that Title section.
In your case, because the top of your background image for that section is completely black, it looks as if it’s not showing at all, but in fact it’s displaying the top, all-black section.
You might want to consider pulling out the “Happy Sphere” logo from your background image and uploading it as its own graphic in the Customizer, under Site Title, Tagline, and Logo. You could then upload your background image (without logo) separately. That would ensure that the logo is fully visible on smaller devices.

I followed your action plan. I changed it a bit and obtained satisfaction.
Thanks again Kathryn
