Issue Processing Payment

Hey team, trying to renew my domain. Entered all info correctly yet red alert says ‘Enter first name’. Cannot process. Site keeps adding a separate charge and every second time the page refreshes the cost is different. Can this be rectified ASAP as domain is set to expire shortly. Happy to call to process payment.

Thanks for writing us, check your card if it’s active for international payments talk to your bank or else you can pay by PayPal.I am not sure what everytime different cost is showing you make sure you read it what exactly it’s adding to your cart before you proceed to pay.

Hi there,
You don’t own any domains on WordPress.com – there are no upgrades at all in your account. The domain, peppersandpennies.com, belongs to a completely different username and only that username can renew it.
Regarding that error, please go to the billing history page and delete any saved cards there:
https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/
Then go to the Purchases page and try to renew the domain again.
Please post here as the correct username who owns the domain if you need any more help with this.

It is me! I don’t know why but I have two accounts looped together. At any rate, a staff member sent me the renewal and it went to the other account so I feel as long as it’s renewed it is fine? I’ll still have access? Can you confirm that the domain was with peppersandpennies before and still renewed as the same?

Hello again, yea I don’t know why I have two accounts but want to ensure the domain is with the correct account (the one it has been tied to in the past) so nothing changes come August.

The domain belongs to the second username you used here, yes, peppersandpennies, and I can confirm it’s renewed now.
It looks like peppersandpennies owns the domain, but the Jetpack connection for your site belongs to pepperspennies, so you need to be logged in as pepperspennies to manage the site itself.
