Issue purchasing a Guided Transfer

I’d like to move my blog to WordPress.org and I’m trying to purchase a Guided Transfer. It won’t allow me to purchase one for my blog. It keeps saying: “This blog already has some of these upgrades. Did you mean to renew your subscriptions?” when I’ve never purchased this before.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Christen, I’m so sorry you’ve encountered this error message.
So you don’t have to contend with this issue, I’m going to send you a manual payment form for the Guided Transfer. You can click that link to purchase the transfer. Then, I’ll personally add it to your account.

I see the problem you’re having:
The Guided Transfer product is not currently available for blogs that use premium themes.
To purchase a Guided Transfer, please switch to a free theme in Appearance → Themes and you can signup for the transfer.

Thanks for the help! When I switch to .org, I’ll want to switch to a new theme (since mine is a .com theme). How do I do that? I’ve picked one out, but not sure of the next steps.

Okay, I’m officially frustrated. I downgraded my blog to a free theme, but still nothing. I just want to do the guided transfer because it seems super confusing, and I can’t get it to purchase. Any other thoughts?

Don’t give up yet :) Let’s get you transferred!
I see the error you’re getting now is that you’re still using custom fonts on your WordPress.com site. If you give me permission, I can get rid of all the customizations on your site that are keeping you from that Guided Transfer upgrade. Because ridding you of this customizations is permanent, I didn’t want to do so without your confirmation.
Canceling the customizations at WordPress.com will not impact the setup of your self-hosted site.
