Issue Refund

Back on Sep 25 I was working on my website raizrevivalconstruction.com and I’m not sure what I was purchasing but I purchased my domain through Namecheap and tried hosting through WordPress but it was complicated so I passed the job on to a friend and he transferred the domain to Sqaure Space so I need to request a $300 refund from WordPress. Im not sure what my credentials are so I can do it online

    Hello @raizrevivalcon,

I can understand how this situation might feel. I’ve checked and the site raizrevivalconstruction.com isn’t associated with the WordPress.com account you’re reaching out from.

To help you further, please either contact us from the email address linked to the WordPress.com account that made the purchase or if you don’t remember which email that was, you can instead share a valid transaction ID for the $300 charge with us at help@wordpress.com.

Once we verify your identity, we’ll be able to assist you further. You can find your transaction ID by following these steps: https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#on-your-credit-card-statement

If you’re able to log in to your WordPress.com account, and the purchase was for a yearly plan, those come with a 14-day refund window. If eligible, you can cancel and request a refund on your own by following these steps: https://wordpress.com/support/refunds/#how-to-get-a-refund

If you can’t log in, just send us an email instead, and please don’t share any sensitive details like your transaction ID publicly here on forums. Once we hear from you via email, we’ll help you take the next steps securely!
