Issue regarding Stripe
-
Hi,
I was given this link by Stripe Support to have WP address one of the issues.
All Stripe payments made after August 7, 2019 have not appeared in the WP dashboard ->Contributions->Contributors. Also, confirmation receipts have ceased generating to customers and to the Institute for Child Success WP admins. WP only shows ten $150 transactions for the form General Registration 2019 Convening on Investing for Impact (not the additional eight at $75 each). These paid registrations only show on the Stripe Dashboard in the Customers tab, not under Payments. It appears they are stuck. Stripe Support informed me that it “looks like there is an issue within the integration.”
Please advise what that issue is and how to resolve it.
Also, can admins not run a report of all Contributors of a certain form? Although I can filter contributors by Form, the only Bulk Action option is Delete. I need to View Donor(s) in a group, currently an option that appears under individuals. The report under Contributions->Reports->Forms is not helpful.
Thank you.

Hi @instituteforchildsuccess, could you confirm what site you need help with? The one listed is a free site without extra plugins for payments and what not.
If you have a plugin-enabled site hosted here with us, can you log out and log in as the correct user so you can reach us via chat?
These forums are for the free sites using our managed hosting service, which can be quite different from running your own WordPress installation at another host. And our paid users get direct support if they’re logged into the correct account.
If you’re having trouble with your own copy of WordPress at another host, I recommend contacting the plugin provider, actually — whatever plugin you’re using to process payments. They’ll be your best bet.
Otherwise, here’s a link to the correct forums for self-managed sites:
