Hello, I’m writing here because it seems that the Italian forum is abandoned to itself. I have a problem related to an unwanted renewal of a subscription and the managing of payment methods by WordPress.com. If someone of the English official support will can help me I’ll be grateful. I can’t see any purchases made on this account, so it’s possible this was conducted via a different WordPress.com account. Does this sound like it could be the case?
If yes, that purchase could be managed via this page in the account: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

I’m not referring to an admin, but instead to WordPress.com accounts.
Do you have more than one WordPress account?
Also, if you’re able to locate a transaction ID, you should be able to use this to recover any additional accounts that may exist.

I found the WordPress account name and E-Mail, as suggested. But if I try to login with it says that “account name” is not ok, because I have to use the E-Mail. If I use the E-Mail it says that the account doesn’t exist.
Now do you understand why I wasn’t been able to disable the redirect service, also if I received the notification about the renew? This is also why I want to ask for a refund.

What email are you typing in, and what is the address of the site in question? The email address will be redacted automatically by the forum’s software; just make sure it’s written in its own line.
Or, if you prefer, you can directly email our Account Recovery team at
passwordhelp@wordpress.com. They’ll give you all the information on how to recover access to the correct account to cancel your subscriptions. -

Thanks, have you tried the reset password link using that email address?
https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword.With that, you should be able to access the account without any issues. If you’re still having problems, though, please email our Account Recovery team from the address you mentioned, and they will help you out.
