Issue since site transfer

    Hi, I’m having several issues since my site was transferred. First, it was transferred by a former developer after he deleted the site, but it was transferred to the wrong account.
    1) how do I transfer it to the account under the correct username and email
    2) how do I remove the branding and wordpress.com from the URL (it was never there in the past)
    3) How do I reinstate the plugins from an old backup and where do I find the backup (all plugins are currently removed)
    4) how do I access the dashboard of the site. Currently, when I log in, I can’t see any pages, posts, media library, etc. I just have 3 options that do not allow me to manage the site.

    Any help would be appreciated. I really need to speak to someone with WordPress.

    What is the URL of your site?
    If you want to use a custom domain and third party plugins you must upgrade to the Business Plan, https://wordpress.com/pricing/

    But I don’t know how to upgrade. It’s not an option when logged in, and I need to transfer the site to the business owner first so they can do the upgrade.
