Issue transferring domain

  I’m trying to transfer my domain away from wordpress and to a new hosting and domain registrant. I’m trying to follow the direction in the help section, but don’t see the “Domain Administration” as noted below in the Store → Domains section.

  Go to Store → Domains in your dashboard. Under Domain Administration, choose Transfer ownership to another registrar from the drop down menu. Read the instructions, and click on Next Step when you’re ready.

  Howdy,

  When you’re on the Store->Domains page, look at the bottom of the page for a drop-down menu. In that menu, select the Transfer option.

  You’ll be asked to set a password for the domain administration tool. Once you have set it, select the Transfer option again, copy the customer number and click the link to enter the tool.

  You’ll login with the customer number you’ve copied and the new password.
