Issue transferring domain

    Hello! I want to transfer my domain to another registrar, however, the button for transfer domain does not show in the location it is supposed to. Can you help me with this?

    Hi there!

    Looks like there was an issue with the subscription. Can you try following the steps again and see if it’s working now?
