issue updating theme in wordpress

  I am trying to update my wordpress site (www.waldringfieldbc.org.uk) but I keep getting this error message:-

  Update Failed: Could not create directory. exodus/colors/dark

  I have been in contact with my hosting company who have said the following:-
  ‘Hi James,

  Unfortunately, I also get the same error.
  It appears to be a WordPress issue, I’d suggest to bring this up to them.’

  You’re asking in the WordPress.com forum whilst http://www.waldringfieldbc.org.uk is a self-hosted site using the WordPress.org software. WordPress.com staff have no access to your site.
