issue uploading theme

  I am having an issue with using wordpress as it keeps prompting me to upgrade my current package in order to upload a theme which I have already bought. I have a domain with HostGator and I’m not sure where I am going wrong?

  This is a WordPress.com account you are currently logged into. It has the empty site https://intubeauty.wordpress.com/ Perhaps your “real” unnamed site is hosted elsewhere with different log in details?
