Issue uploading Theme

  I am trying to upload a theme to my website and keep receiving this error: Failed to read /home4/ortheau4/public_html/wp-content/themes/Directory/style.css. I also cannot view my web page from my pc whereas it is viewable on the open internet as a default theme others can see. I have installed WordPress however none of the themes I try to install will work.

  What is the URL you are having issues with?

  Please keep in mind that this forum is for users that have their sites hosted with WordPress.com. If you are self-hosted (using a different hosting company) then you would be better off heading over to the WordPress.org Support Forums for assistance with the Open Source version of WordPress.   My URL is northeasttnrentalproperties.com. I am using bluehost as my hosting company. Thank you I think I need to post on the support forum as I thought that is where I was before.
