Issue while installing any plugins

  I’m suffering from an issue of installing plugin into my website, whenever I’m trying to install any plugins it shows an error of update failed, Please help me to resolve this problem as soon as possible,

  Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
