Issue with accessing wordpress after changing infrastructure/host

    Hello
    We used to have our site sitting in the wordpress.com infrastructure but we recently moved over to wix.com and pointed our domain via our host to that new infrastructure.

    That means we can no longer access our wordpress.com/admin page in order to check that we shut down our membership with wordpress and my colleague did not check this before activating thie with the host… This means our main admin user for it is no longer working.

    Is there a way you can help with this question?

    Hi dgstaging, you should be able to access the site at the address shared here. It’s a staging address rather than the real domain.

    If you’re having trouble accessing dgstaging.wordpress.com/wp-admin can you send more details?
