  Hi there,
  Has 24 hours expired? Did you get an email yet? if so Staff can reset the importer for you. I’ll tag this thread for a Staff follow-up. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

  It is not up to 24hrs yet, been just couple of hours ago, was wondering how long it takes.

  Has your import gone through yet? If not, please give it another try and if you are still having trouble with this, let me know which kind of file you have that you’re trying to import.

  I have uploaded the xml file yet again…….. I get the prompt that

  Your file has been successfully uploaded. We will begin processing your import right away.

  So how long should I wait for it to process?

  It depends on how large a file it is, and if there are any image attachments.

  Usually the imports take under an hour but very large ones can take a while.

  How large is your export file from Blogger? It’s possible that your file is too large for our importer to handle. If it doesn’t work this time, please let me know.

  The xml file is way less than 200kb ….. just about 183kb

  Were you able to import the file this time, or are you still needing help? If the import still isn’t working, it would help if you could upload that file to a service like Dropbox and send me a link, so I can take a look.

  I’m having issues with your export file. Did you download it as an export file directly from Blogger? The file name doesn’t follow the Blogger export file naming, and the header information isn’t the same as a test file I just exported.

  You might try generating a new file:

  How to export a blog from Blogger: https://support.google.com/blogger/answer/97416?hl=en&ref_topic=3339303
  To export your blog, simply click “Export Blog” from the Settings | Other tab.
  Then, click the Export Blog button.

  Once you have the .xml file (which should have a filename like blog-03-31-2014.xml) you can try that again in your blog and see if it works.
