Issue with cancellation charges

  I have been charged with 35.88 dollars for subscription. When I cancelled I was refunded 9 dollars.
  I cancelled domain and i wanted rest of the fee back, since I will not use the subscription, but instead i was charged with 26 dollars again and I cannot see that in my transaction history
