issue with confirmation emails

My website is integrate with Onbuy and everything was fine until around 24th of January when I stopped received an email when is a new order a customer didn’t received a confirmation of the transaction.
I contacted with IT support from my website and they checked and discover that the is error with updated with the latest version.
To received confirmation order from my Website I have to unplug onBuy then the stock is no connected , when I turn on Onbuy plugin the stock is connected however I don’t receive any email confirmation to my company email. Can you please advise and investigate the cause of this error because you have the latest version of WordPress

I don’t show any WordPress.com hosted websites under your account, so I’m going to assume you’re using the WordPress software (from WordPress.org) on your own hosting provider.
We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. But, I can get you pointed in the right direction.
You would need to reach out to Onbuy support to see why their service is breaking your website’s functionality.
