Issue with Credit Card payments

Hello,
I’m having the issue when trying to purchase domain upgrade. My credit card gets denied.
Unfortunately PayPal isn’t option for me.
Card is working on other online stores.

Hi George,
Can you please contact your credit card company to find out if it is blocking transactions from WordPress.com? Sometimes that can happen for specific sites even if your card is working on other online stores.

I already did that, since it happened to me once before. Back assured me that no transactions from WP.com are blocked.

These are the steps:
1. From the Dashboard > Store > My Domains, I choose option – “Map a Domain Name You Already Own”.
2. Enter the domain name, I want to map. I get notification ‘mamaduka.com is already taken’.
3. Choose – “Yes, I already own this domain name. Map it to my WordPress.com blog.”. I get redirected to checkout page.
4. After filling in all details and trying to purchase domain mapping. I get following error – Your transaction was declined. Please try another card.

I just sent you an email with a link to a payment form — you can use that form to pay for that domain mapping upgrade. If you still have trouble with that form, you’re welcome to reply directly to that email to let me know. (Or let me know here if you don’t receive that email from me.)

Same issue.
I called my bank again and asked them to check, if they are getting any transaction request from WP.com.
They send there were no transaction requests from you side.
Looks like my card is blocked before the transaction request is sent.

Thanks for letting me know. What country is your credit card’s billing address in? It’s possible there’s an issue with our payment processor not accepting the payment, and that will help me track down exactly what’s going wrong.

I’m located in Tbilisi, Georgia.
In fact I know that our credit cards aren’t tied to any specific billing location. Since it was causing issuse with online shopping from stores like Amazon and banks had to change the system.

Hello there, I am having similar issues while purchasing a Site Redirect. I have tried several cards – failing! That’s weird. I hope you can suggest a solution on the latter.

Is your credit card also based out of Georgia, just as @mamaduka’s credit cards were?

We do have a couple developers looking at the issue, but I’m afraid we still don’t know the exact cause of the problem. Since the manual payment form also didn’t work, this could be a more general error in our payment system.
