issue with domain

    I purchased “soulanalysisscan.com” Sept.13. I received a message that I need to verify the email, I did not find any verification emails, so I clicked on “resend verification email.” and got the message “Unable to resend ICANN verification email”. and previous to that, this:”Your domain soulanalysis.com may be suspended because your email address is not verified.” and a “fix” tab, which took me to the page where resending the verification was not possible.

    Also, the site is not showing up in my list of sites or redirecting to my primary. with Safari it is saying “can’t find the server.”

    And then, though the charge is showing at Paypal as complete and 26 dollars, it is showing on the domain list as 18 dollars, without the privacy feature, which should be included. I paid 26 dollars, to include the 8 dollar privacy.

    There was a problem before this with PayPal that accidentally started a case, I wrote and tried to explain what happened. I only meant to send an email message to WP about the problem with soulanalysis.com not showing. Instead PayPal automatically escalated it, I DID NOT intend that. I just could not find the place at WP to contact support, it just seemed to have been buried somewhere, I used to be able to find it, but this time it was taking too much time so while I had PayPal still open and a tab there for “contacting your seller” I sent an email message from there. I thought it had been resolved though I never heard back from anyone. I checked a few days later and saw it was listed but not activated, and saw notes about how it takes a little time to get it going, so I let it rest – but now it is weeks later and the thing still isn’t working, the listing itself is incorrect (no privacy) and I can’t verify the email and the domain might be suspended.

    Is there anyone who can help sort this out?
    1.email verifcation issue
    2.difference in what was paid and what is showing as paid for the domain
    3.the fact that it’s not working
