Issue with Domain

    Hi there, I already have a pre-existing domain name purchased from GoDaddy and I would like to connect this to the WordPress website I am building. Can I not connect that the 2 of them on the free plan?

    Any guidance on the above would be much appreciated. Please and thank you!

    To connect a domain to your site here you will want to add one of our plans first: https://wordpress.com/pricing/. Then, you will be able to connect multiple domains for free.

    You will also get a free domain credit for the first year. It could be used for domain transfer from GoDaddy. This way everything would be managed in one place. You will want to follow this guide: https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/incoming-domain-transfer/
