Issue With Domain and Plan Purchase

  I attempted to set up a plan to receive a free domain for a year, but instead it charged me for the domain and I didn’t receive the plan. I canceled the domain to get a refund to make another attempt at getting the domain name through the plan, but now it’s not showing up even though I used it just five minutes ago.

  The domain can still be recovered.

  To ensure you are not charged for it again, please purchase a plan from https://wordpress.com/plans and let us know when that’s done here. We’ll recover the domain for you then.

  Hi, can you go ahead and purchase the plan but skip the domain option, then update us here? We’ll need to restore it manually if you just cancelled.
