issue with domain set up

    Hi, I have a receipt for the transfer of my account, and my domain name. but when I go to log into the account I set up, it says that I do not have any sites.

    Can you help out? Rejean Giguere

  • Hi @rjgiguere967, my best guess is that you have more than one account here. Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not? That’s the one you’ll need to use to access the site.

    If you need more help, please tell us what the domain is so we can help you find the correct account.
