    Dear WordPress Support Team,

    I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered with a domain I had purchased through WordPress. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.

    Here are the details of the problem I encountered:

    Domain Purchase and Transfer: I purchased a domain through WordPress intending to transfer it to another website. However, when I attempted to initiate the transfer process, I encountered difficulties. The system would not allow me to transfer the domain to the desired website.

    Domain Deletion and Unavailability: As a result of the transfer issue, I decided to delete the domain from my WordPress account with the intention of repurchasing it. I assumed that by deleting the domain, it would become available for repurchase. However, I am now facing the problem that the domain appears to be unavailable for repurchase.

    Expired Domain and Pending Payment: It’s important to note that the domain had already expired, and a new payment was pending to renew it. Despite the expiration and the pending payment, the domain remains unavailable for repurchase.

    Considering the circumstances, I kindly request your guidance on the necessary steps to make the domain available for repurchase. I would like to resolve this issue promptly so that I can proceed with repurchasing the domain and transferring it to my desired website.
