Issue with embedded videos

Hello, since a few months, all videos that were embedded in our post are not visible when going on a post page. On the wordpress, when we edit we can see them but online we don’t. We alreadyy tried several things and contacted some other supports but nothing is working. Would it be possible to get help with this issue? (ps: instagram posts are visibles, only YouTube videos, we also checked if videos were authorized to be embedded). Thank you for your help!

On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.
If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help from the WordPress.org community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums instead.
If you were using a plugin to embed videos on your site, contact support for that plugin directly.

Hi, we used WordPress to manage our website. Not sure what it says we don’t own any sites on wordpress.com, I just didn’t want to display publicly on the forum the name of the website, maybe it is why? We don’t use any plugins to embed videos on our posts, we just used Gutenberg editor for that. At first, videos were displayed but now we can’t see any of them. If we could have your help it would be great.

WordPress and WordPress.com are two different things. The former is the software used to build sites and the latter is a hosting provider.
If you’re using the WordPress software and host your site elsewhere, then you need to post in the WordPress.org forums:
