issue with featured image

  Hi, i am unable to change the featured image on my Oxford template post. I’m doing everything i’m supposed to do and I even cleared the cache. I’m using the updated blog posting dashboard. help!

  I’m a member. I’ve been here for nearly 10 years. I predate the support docs and all except one support Staff member being on Staff. :)
