Issue with Guided Transfer

  Good day, I am looking for a guided transfer for my blog http://shippingandfreightresource.com which is currently with WP.Com.. However, when I go to the Store to buy the Guided Transfer, it is disabled (greyed out) – says Upgrade Unavailable.. I have already registered for hosting at BlueHost and am ready to migrate to WordPress.org.. Please can you assist with this.. Thanks..

  Hi there,

  Guided Transfer is not currently available for blogs that use custom fonts. Please switch your custom fonts back to your theme’s default fonts before trying to buy it.

  To do so, go to the Fonts tab under Appearance > Custom Design in your dashboard, expand each of the drop downs, and select the “Revert” button. Be sure to click “Save fonts.”

  You can then go back to the Store and purchase the Guided Transfer. Please let me know if you have any questions about that!
